Frank soaks his sprouted flours for one week before baking into firm yet moist loaves.
Ingridients: Italian unrefined sea salt,sprouted flour,water, thats it.NO YEAST AT ALL
Frank lets the yeast develop naturally in his flour as its fermenting
This bread can be sliced paper thin and made into little tiny sandwiches for party nibbles.I have tried it making grilled cheese sandwiched..however its best putting ghee into the pan and using a non stick pan to crisp the outer ,by non stick i mean ceramic .stainless steel pan the bread will stick even with the ghee
