Might be able to find it on Amazon or barnes and noble.com Directions for Internal use :The first week ,using distilled water only, or solar distilled water only,put in a glass of the water , 10 ounce size a table spoon of the clay stir and cover .let sit over night and drink the "clayish" water. Do this for about a week before you drink the clay water full strength ,meaning putting the clay into the distilled water and drinking it right away. These directions are from Frenchmen Raymon Dextreit/s book Earth Cures.Directions for external use: What ever the wound size or even if its mosquito bites or an area that is really itchy .Mix in a bowl or even in the palm of your hand some clay and water or salvia until you/ve got a paste formed . Then apply to affected area by just wiping it on .allow it to dry.It forms a natural bandage.You can partially dry it with a haordryer and then cover with a cut up sock or something that stretches as the clay becomes more and more dry it is healing the area when the clay finally crumbles off that means,usually that the wound is healed.Can use as a toothpaste as well,only ket sit in mouth after brushing about a minute or two befor washing off and dont worry if you havent washed off all of it. There are many more books on clay as well as a book that explains how animals in the wild instinctively go to mud/clay areas to heal their wounds.
