NEW MEMBER MANDATORY RESPOINSIBILITY Oct 06 2011: Important - Please Read

Dear Customers,

As a new member you will be asked on the day of delivery to sign a form that  is in an envelope with your name on it

it protects us and the farmers so that we  AS YOUR driving agent can be able to continue bringing you this wonderful food.

All the items in the form are what brought you to us in the first place ,so you shouldnt feel uneasy about signing it

If you wont be home someone else has to be the "designated signer" with your permission in a letter that will be given to us as well.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER AT ALL AND  YOU WILL NOT BECOME A MEMBER ,EVER  IF WE DONT HAVE OUR FORM SIGNED BY YOU OR THE "DESIGNATED SIGNER "THAT STATES THAT THIS PERSON CAN SIGN THE FORM THAT WE BROUGHT TO YOUR DOOR.

Upon completion of this, the driver will then go retrieve your order for you

He will l leave with this  letter  AND OR BOTH  the "designated signer" letter ,as this is ours to keep'

However, for sure  you may request a copy,which you are entitled to as you are the member.
