Hello To All members,
 
We would like to remind our  members and to the people who would like to join our co-op ;
 
If you live in a house we need you to have a cooler available for us on delivery day if delivery will be late at night or early morning or you will not be home at the time of delivery for conveinence for both of us.
 
Regarding delivery time,we would like to state that we cannot tailor delivery time for each  member ,this is impossible. Delivery time is never exactly the same every week. For anyone who is a new  member or wondering how our delivery schedule works, its based on our  member  route , we deliver from early morning up untill late night usually past 12am. If you do not feel comfortable leaving a cooler out if your delivery will be late at night or early morning or you will not be home at the time we will be delivering, then we would like to warn that our co-op will probally not please you. Again,If you live in a house or an apt where you have area for a cooler,please supply us one. We also do not do custom delivery timing. 
 
 
For anyone who is a new  member  or wondering how our delivery schedule works, its based on our member route , we deliver from early morning up untill late night usually past 12am,sometimes into the following day.Even though you may receive your order usually around the same times every week,we cannot guarantee that it will stay around that time. If you do not feel comfortable leaving a cooler out if your delivery will be late at night or early morning or you will not be home at the time we will be delivering, then we would like to warn that our co-op will probally not please you and we advise to not place an order. 
 
Cancellations should be made before confirmation email is received . After we send out the order confirmation email,orders are placed and picked up without any prepayment. We have a minimum order amount of $15.00 (or depending on where you live) Please Note That , We Are NOT Responsable For Stolen/Losted Payments Left in Coolers/Mailbox etc.,IF THERE IS NO PAYMENT AVAILABLE ON DELIVERY,WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE ORDER.
 
 MANDATORY RESPONSIBILITY FOR  NEW MEMBERS
YOU HAVE TO BE HOME FOR YOUR FIRST DELIVERY OR HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN BE A "DESIGNATED SIGNER" FOR A MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT LETTER THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN.THE DRIVER WILL HAND YOU AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR NAME ON IT OPEN IT ,READ IT,SIGN IT.YOU SHOULD BE OK AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT SIGNING IT ,THEY ARE ALL THE THINGS THAT BROUGHT YOU TO US IN THE FIRST PLACE.THEN GIVE BACK  THE LETTER TO THE DRIVER AFTER YOU SIGN IT.THE DRIVER WILL THEN GO RETRIEVE YOUR FOOD.IF IT IS NOT SIGNED OR YOU DONT HAVE A LETTER FROM SOMEONE THATS CALLED THE "DESIGNATED SIGNER" LETTER ,SO THEY CAN SIGN IN YOURE ABSENSE ,THEN THE FOOD WILL NOT BE LEFT AND YOU CANNOT BECOME A MEMBER EVER.THE DESIGNATED SIGNER LETTER SHOULD BE JUST ONE SENTENCE  ITS SIMPLE AND  IT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE DRIVER ALONG WITH THE AGREEMENT LETTER THAT THEY SIGN FOR YOU.. EXAMPLE  : THE D.S. LETTER SHOULD SAY I (MEMBER NAME) GIVE MY SON  ( HIS NAME ) PERMISSION TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT LETTER FOR UDDERMILK. 
 
Cancellations -  Cancellations should be made before confirmation email is received ,either by sending an email or leaving a voice message ( if no one is available to answer the phone ).
After we send out the order confirmation email,orders are placed and picked up without any prepayment.
PLEASE NOTE : If we have not received any cancelation notification,or cancelation is made after "Order Confirmation" email is received or no one is available to receive the order and no cooler with payment left or our driver is not able to access the building/complex due to a locked lobby etc. , the customer is responsible for 50% payment of the undelivered order, on next order.
 
 
Minimum Order -     We have a minimum order amount ,depending on where you live.

Ordering - Any delivery instructions should be typed into the "Comment Section" on the ordering page. We require that any delivery instructions be typed in to the "Comment Section" at Checkout and no later so we can ensure the assigned driver is aware in advance.
Failure to leave clear delivery instructions at Checkout may result in the driver not being able to deliver the order.
 
 
 
Payment -  Payment is on delivery. Cash only . Please Note That , We Are NOT Responsable For Stolen/Losted Payments Left in Coolers/Mailbox etc.,IF THERE IS NO PAYMENT AVAILABLE ON DELIVERY,WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE ORDER.
 
 
Receipts - We do not give out paper receipts unless requested in the comment section of the order.Order history is always available to view under "My Orders" when logged in to the website. We can also email scanned attachment of the original delivery invoice which you may print out ,on request.
 
 
The Product -   We would like to advise you that the raw dairy items we get are subject to change in consistency and texture from time to time. Please note that these are fresh from the farm products made in small batches. Again,texture and consistency of any item may vary from time to time.
We cannot guarantee all items ordered will be available on delivery.Since we deal with small family farms,certain items may be unavailable at times.
Season also has an effect on product availability. 
 
 
Delivery Day - We would like to ask of you to make sure the phone numbers you have supplied under your details on sign up are phone numbers that we can reach you directly at.We need all  members  to be available to answer their phone on delivery day.
 
We also kindly request that, you please leave your outdoor lights on so we can find your number on the street.

We may need to cancel the delivery if we cannot find your house.

 

RETURNS- GIVEN THE NATURE OF THIS TYPYE OF FOOD IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN A DAY .PLEASE INSPECT YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU GET IT ,TASTE EVERYTHING,WE WILL PICK UP THAT NIGHT IF ITS NOT RIGHT. WE CANNOT GET A CALL   2 DAYS LATER OR 3 OR 5 OR A WEEK LATER AND RETURN IT

ALSO IF THERE IS A RETURN WE NEED THE PRODUCT IN HAND WITH A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT LEFT IN THE CONTAINER.WE CANNOT ACCEPT CONTAINERS OF PRODUCTS BACK THAT ARE ALLMOST EMPTY AND SOMEONE SAYS THAT IT WAS NO GOOD

INSPECT YOUR FOOD WHEN IT ARRIVES ,TASTE IT.AGAIN IF IT IS NOT RIGHT CALL US AT 862-264-6747.EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS I HAVE TO SPEAK WITH YOU OVER THE PHONE REGARDING YOUR MATTER.

WE WILL THEN PICK IT UP THAT NIGHT  AND ISSUE YOU A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
